Challenge – Acando is one of the top local IT- & Management Consulting players in northern Europe. We were given the opportunity to help them re-position from a local hero to a distinct global challenger. Their aspiration in doing so is to lead innovation, drive change and attract the best new talent.
Approach – The world of IT/Management Consulting has to be one of the most generic lines of business there is – Acando included. We, therefore, saw an opportunity to make Acando stand out and create a position and brand identity that reflects their ability to adapt, pave the way and challenge their competitors. Our approach, therefore, was to build a strong visual language, reflecting a global challenger.
Solution – As a visual metaphor we created a system inspired by the wordmark consisting of lines dynamically representing electrical impulses, cables or just a pattern. A movement that is quick to adapt, fast-moving and leading the way for an industry that is notoriously stagnating. It can be dropped on basically any touchpoint. It can take any shape, move in any direction, at any time, be graphic or organic. Just like Acando. Never be duller than the big ones, dare to stand out and be clear visually.
