The brief was to create a new website and an online strategy that meets a rapidly increasing mobile platform use of their clients while supporting their online presence and digital business. Our work was based on the brand identity created by the agency BAS.
Through research and user testing, we found that Hemfrid’s website should consist of two websites in one. One part focuses on picking up new customers while the other meets the needs of existing ones.
Hemfrid is a Swedish provider of home services such as cleaning, child care and gardening. Their mission is to help people get an easier day-to-day life. The website is simplistic in its design and interaction, with equal care placed on communicating the soft values as the profit-making services. We’re confident that this balanced mix of brand building and conversion was a key to success.
