Senior Brand Designer

We’re looking for a senior brand designer to join our team in Stockholm on a permanent basis. The role is based at our studio.
Our ambition is simple. We want to push the level of graphic design and branding in the work we do.

To do that, we believe the person we’re looking for should:
• Not be stuck in old ways of working or tied to specific tools. The world moves fast.
• Be Figma native.
• Love building smart ideas, from early concept to full identity and implementation.
• Work efficiently. You recognise a strong idea and know how to pursue it.
• Be comfortable shaping strategic brand direction and translating strategy into clear creative outcomes.
• Enjoy leading conversations with clients and guiding them through the creative process.
• Live and breathe design. You are interested in art, architecture and product design. You see design as a language, not just a skill.
• Care deeply about craft, systems and detail.
• Preferably have 7+ years of experience.

You’ll work closely with our creative and strategic team, taking a leading role in shaping brand platforms, defining creative direction and developing identity systems. You will also work directly with clients, helping guide both the strategic and creative direction of projects.
